Refund Policy

Returns

 Please make sure to choose carefully when placing items in your cart and double check that your are ordering the correct items/sizes. I do not accept returns unless the print arrives damaged. In the case of a damaged print, I will be happy to replace your item.

Please take a photo of the damaged package and print and email it to me at yolandav.art1@gmail.com. Include your order number and a brief explanation.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Commissioned paintings can not be returned or refunded. If anything is not to your liking, you may request changes or adjustments before it is sent out. I am happy to work with you to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your commissioned artwork. If a commissioned painting arrives damaged, please send me an email with picture of the package and painting. I'll be happy to work with you to find a solution that you will be happy with.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on gift cards.
